DLF is taking luxury living to new heights with its ₹8,000 crore investment in The Dahlias, an ultra-luxury housing project in Gurugram. Spanning 17 acres in DLF 5, this project will feature 420 luxurious apartments, each with a minimum size of 10,300 square feet. The total development will cover 50 lakh square feet and is expected to generate ₹26,000 crore in revenue.
The Dahlias will offer top-of-the-line amenities, including an artificial lake and a 4 lakh square foot clubhouse. The cost of construction is estimated at ₹18,000 per square foot, with apartments priced at ₹1 lakh per square foot of carpet area.
Following the success of DLF The Camellias, DLF is confident that The Dahlias will continue its legacy of creating world-class luxury properties. The company is also seeing strong sales growth, with bookings rising by 66% in the first half of the fiscal year.
